Acquisition financing from the transaction side of the table

Duneland helps buyers and advisors determine what a deal can support, how it should be financed and which lenders or capital providers are worth approaching. We are independent of any single lender or loan product, so the financing starts with the transaction rather than with something we need to sell.

What we do

We work the financing like part of the transaction

Duneland Financial was founded in May 2024.

We assess the business and buyer, build a proposed financing structure and take the opportunity to banks, SBA lenders, private credit funds and other capital providers that fit.

Then we coordinate the financing work through lender underwriting, diligence, documentation and funding. The lender or capital provider makes the credit or investment decision.

Who we serve

Built for acquisition buyers, investors and advisors

We work with acquisition entrepreneurs, experienced operators, independent sponsors, investors and the M&A advisors and brokers representing transactions.

Buyers can bring a specific target or prepare while searching. Brokers can bring a listing that needs a buyer or a transaction that needs structuring. Public buyer mandates are anonymous; Duneland handles the conversation and coordinates any introduction.

What Duneland brings to a transaction

Figures as of 2026. Figures supplied by Duneland. The volume covers transactions evaluated, structured, advised on or financed; it is not a total of loans funded. Network access does not mean every provider is available for a particular transaction.

Fees

How we are paid

Fees are transaction-specific and are outlined upfront, before an engagement begins.

The engagement agreement explains the advisory fees, when they are earned and any third-party costs.

Lender fees, appraisals, legal expenses and other third-party costs are separate and are not Duneland fees.

A preliminary financing review begins with your target summary, buyer resources and proposed terms. The team agrees the appropriate scope and next evidence before moving into deeper advisory work.

The team

Senior involvement from assessment through funding

Every transaction has clear senior ownership, supported by Duneland’s underwriting process, lender relationships and transaction resources. The people helping structure the financing stay involved as the deal moves through lender review and closing.
