Bring us the deal. We’ll work on the fit.

Looking for a buyer, or working out how a transaction gets financed? Start with a short outline. Duneland handles the buyer conversation and the financing discussion.

Choose the help you need

01 / Find the fit

I have a business.
I need a buyer.

Share the business’s industry, region, asking price and earnings profile. Include a relevant public buyer reference, or ask us to consider the opportunity without one.

We review the fit and coordinate any buyer conversation. All communication begins with Duneland.

02 / Work the structure

I have a transaction.
I need a financing path.

Bring the proposed price, business cash flow and funding assumptions. You can start a structure discussion with or without an identified buyer.

We discuss the equity requirement, debt capacity, seller financing and the information needed for a fuller review. See the review scope.

Enough to start

A useful teaser fits in a few paragraphs.

Keep the initial summary anonymized. You do not need to include the business name, seller identity or confidential documents to start the conversation.

  • Your role and contact details. Tell us whether you represent the seller, buyer or another party.
  • Industry and general location. Describe what the business does and the region it serves.
  • Asking price and what is included. Note real estate, working capital or other material components.
  • Revenue and earnings. Identify the period and whether the figure is EBITDA, SDE or another measure; flag estimates and material adjustments.
  • Stage and timing. Mention any LOI, key deadline and the seller’s transition plans.
  • Funding assumptions, if known. Summarize the buyer’s planned equity and its basis, proposed borrowing and seller-note terms. Label estimates; leave sensitive evidence for secure follow-up.
  • The question to resolve. Buyer fit, an equity gap, seller-note terms or the overall financing structure.

After the first conversation

The full package comes through secure follow-up.

Duneland first reviews the summary for fit and identifies missing information. A buyer-match enquiry starts a discussion with our team; it does not notify a buyer directly. For financing work, we agree the engagement scope and any fees before you proceed.

The initial contact form is for a summary. Do not paste credit reports, bank details, personal identifiers or confidential deal documents into it.

For a fuller review, Duneland will agree the scope, any confidentiality arrangements and a secure way to exchange the required material. That may include financial statements, tax returns, an earnings bridge, proposed terms and buyer information. The exact request depends on the transaction and your authority to share it.

To prepare for that discussion, use the capital stack calculatorto outline sources and uses, the personal financial statement templateto organize the buyer’s finances, and the business debt scheduleto list existing obligations. Keep completed financial documents out of the initial form.
