Our Role as an Intermediary

Duneland acts strictly as an intermediary between prospective clients and independent third-party debt intermediaries, advisors, and lenders. We do not originate, underwrite, or approve loans, and we do not guarantee funding of any kind. All financing decisions are made solely by third-party providers according to their independent underwriting standards.

Any descriptions of loan programs, products, or structures provided by Duneland are relayed as described to us by third parties. We do not verify or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information, and you should conduct your own due diligence and consult with independent advisors before relying on any details provided.

No Guarantees, Warranties, or Reliance

All information offered through our site, communications, or services is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, or accounting advice.

Duneland makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• accuracy or completeness
• non-infringement
• or freedom from errors, omissions, viruses, or service interruptions.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information provided through Duneland.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duneland, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or reliance on information provided. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or reliance damages.

If liability is ever established despite these disclaimers, Duneland’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the net amount of fees actually retained by Duneland for its own services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one thousand dollars ($1,000). For clarity, any amounts collected by Duneland and subsequently remitted to third-party lenders, intermediaries, capital groups, or service providers are expressly excluded from this calculation and shall not be deemed “retained” by Duneland.

Indemnification

By using our website or services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duneland, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from:

• your use of our services
• your reliance on information provided by Duneland
• your dealings with third-party providers, or
• your violation of this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.

For clarity, you agree that any claims or disputes regarding funds remitted by Duneland to third-party lenders, intermediaries, capital groups, or service providers must be pursued directly against those parties and not against Duneland.

Your Information

The information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it are set out in theprivacy policy. The calculators on this site, and the same calculators when called by an AI assistant, work on the figures you type and do not ask for your name or contact details.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to Duneland is accurate, complete, and truthful. You acknowledge that Duneland does not verify the information received from third parties and that you must rely on your own independent judgment and professional advisors when making financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on Duneland’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Duneland or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy & Terms of Use is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in any class or representative action against Duneland.
